There’s one where the author just…used Episode to animate their review prep for a history exam. Like the students roleplay as historical figures and geographic regions to talk about U.S. history in the civil war era, but in a very blasé and “hip millennial” (or maybe zoomer) fashion. Like a student RPing as “The North” just says “Also [James] Buchanan sucks.” Just really strange.

I dont know how to find this one anymore but I read one where the brother and sister fell in love with each other, the characters were like…extremely white as if they were mannequins or something because the author said she didn’t want them to ‘look like poop’. I think I reported it so that’s probably why I cant search for it

I guess. I’m just pointing out that I like the story and I saw some of the titles uppost and didn’t want it lumped in with that “weird” (like Preg by my brother is a horrendous title.100% would never read.)

This isn’t a weird story but something weird (and super creepy) I noticed in a lot of stories i’ve come across- that a lot of side characters that are in romances look extremely similar like they could easily pass for siblings or even twins in some cases and whenever authors have contests and the winner gets to be in a romance with a main side character the author will always pick someone who’s character could easily pass for the main side character’s sibling (I can’t speak for all authors but the authors i’ve come across who have contests they aren’t random and the author will pick who they like the best- they have us give our name and our character’s physical descriptions)… It’d be one thing if there was barely any customization features so characters ended up looking a like because of lack of options but there’s a lot of customization features so purposely having characters that are in romantic relationships looking like siblings is just plain creepy and gives off major incesty vibes 
Needless to say i’ll drop stories like that Especially if the creepy siblings I mean “lovers” are shown a lot in the story… even in fiction that’s weird asf haha.

Similar thing happened to me. I can’t remember the story name, but I remember I was able to customize both MC and MC’s friend . I accidentally made the MC’s friend look a little to similar to their love interest. The scene showed that they were in bed together, and that’s when I realized I did that, and I felt uncomfortable. So I restarted the story (I was in the mid way point of the story) just so I could alter her appearance.
