Iāll word this as nicely as I can, but a lot of the stories that get the most reads and/or a publishing deal with Episode donāt really deserve either of those things. They either promote toxic things/beliefs or theyāre not very well written.
This isnāt to say all stories that have millions of reads or get publishing deals with Episode are bad, but a concerning amount of those stories are bad.

Ink is just as good as Limelight. Iāve seen people say one is better than the other, but tbh theyāre equal even with Ink having less.
Plus I feel like Ink writers are more creative when it comes to overlay use so it balances it out (and sometimes even outsells).

I love the Classic style. I love their silly animations, hair styles, and outfits. Maybe Iām so nostalgic since itās the style I first played, but I just found it so cool how authors learned to write really compelling stories before overlays, directing, and even advanced spot placement. They had to get really creative with using the animations to represent something and I just admire and love the imagination! (Although I LOVE all of those things in new stories, they make them come alive and take an insane amount of talent and time!)

The diamond face shape coupled with the full round pouty lips looks out of proportion to me, like the character doesnāt have enough jaw and chin, but theyāre a really popular combination.

Also, the typical millionheir LI man falling head over heels for a 21 year old small town girl with no money and a very minimal wage job with absolutely nothing in common. Episode is really getting into this one. I donāt know about anyone else, but Iād rather read a story about a CEO woman calling the shots

The fake-dating / pretend-to-be-my-wife trope has to be one of the worst tropes, especially when they include a rude af LI who thinks theyāre doing the MC a favor.

Episode readers have become too picky and spoiled. Most people are used to authors bending over backwards and giving people what they want for the story to be popular. Such has CC, important choices, mini games, multiple LIs that when they see a author who doesnāt do all that they tend to leave the story. Its the authors choice to include all that its no reason for people to be all up in the fan mail complaining.

More stories should have body type selection for the characters. The reason why is that I donāt like the athletic body for either the male or female characters and itās always a treat to see body type selection. Now Iāve noticed that a lot of the featured stories on Episode have it, but not too many of the community stories have it.

Episode needs to pick a lane when it comes to the guidelines and censorship. They have previously claimed that the app follows guidelines akin to whatās allowed in PG13 movies in the US, yet many of the things allowed in these movies are not allowed on the app. If you want to āprotect the childrenā fine. But if thatās really the intention, why are you allowing horribly toxic stories (including many Episode Originals) that are far more damaging to the fragile developing mind of a child than a four letter word?

Another one is that Episode is missing a lot of mystery, thriller, and fantasy on their main Episode page. Arenāt we tired of all those romance stories that glitch and basically have the same plot but different scenariosā¦ Like girl- I miss Envy, Last Girl Standing, My Alien Lover, etc those things were my favorite stories everrrrrrr till this day.
Episode I donāt know what is going on but pick it up and do better. I want children that were my age when I started reading Episode (which was young lmao) to read like good exciting stories.
Like how you gonna tell me that mystery&fantasy is Feel me, undercover lover, epilove and more- Iām crying what is this-

Since you mentioned it, Episode doesnāt have a whole lot of reality show stories and celebrity stories. I wish there was more of those.

Iām not tryna come for the Episode ads but- likeā¦ I am. Like Episode is soooo fun and when I talk about it to my friends they go straight to the ads giving them goosebumps. Like I wish Episode ads would show more of that other side of Episode which is not all about āmy boyfriend is cheating what should I do?ā but the thriller part, and mystery and fantasy. Thatāll be so cool because Iām tired of my friends bullying me for that lmao.

I might be nostalgic too because I LOVE it 
It was so cute and funny, but the characters looked very unattractive. That didnāt stop me from being invested in the stories though!
