When is the warning sign needed?

Hey there! I was just wondering when is it suitable to use something like this in a story…

I’m thinking of writing a story but it doesn’t necessarily include anything extreme like death, drugs, drinking, etc. I was thinking of including swear words to make the story seem more realistic but do you think I would need to use the warning splash if I only had something like F*** , A** h*** , or Bi*** in my story?
