They didnā€™t show how his mother (who was a hag descended from Salazar Slytherin ) fell in love with a handsome muggle man and used a love potion on him. She betrayed her pure blood family and ran away with the Muggle, who eventually left her when he broke the spell of the love potion. She then died after giving birth to Tom, who was left at the orphanage

I find myself relating to her. Scoring good marks makes my classmates think that exams are easy for me and they tease me for being a nerd. But they donā€™t know how much difficult being a topper is. People start having high expectations from you and if you score a bit low for once they are like, ā€œdidnā€™t expect this from youā€. Am I not a human being or what? Iā€™m supposed to make mistakes and learn from them. It really hurts. :confounded:
