Where do you get your overlays from?

I’ve seen loads of cool overlays that fit the scene really well! For example, bars in a prison cell etc. Where does everyone get these from? Is there a resource somewhere or you make them yourselves? If so, how do you do it? I would love to know!

A lot of IG accounts have them on their drives.

I usually check google if I need something specific or use PNG tree.

I like pngtree too but, for free users, you only get a certain amount of downloads per day.
