Where To Get A Blush Overlay?

Where can I get a blush overlay? Is that something I need to request from an art shop, or can I make it easily myself? I’d like something that I can put easily over a character’s face, preferably semi-transparent already so that I don’t have to adjust the opacity.

Something like this, except much paler and slightly transparent. I got this from Google Images btw, so don’t use it in your story or anything like that!
