Which do you guys prefer in terms of stories..?

Personally I get tired when I am searching for a new story to read and I see a list of almost the same storylines. Like I read the description and its the same as several other stories​:joy::expressionless:. Like why do you authors write stories about mafias, and all that love gushy type stuff.
When will a story that highlights real topics and is interesting asf surface.

I know I am not the only person who prefers this. I want to see some real stuff, like depression, teens spiraling out of control. The only story I’ve seen like that is Under Your Influence (UYI) and its goof asf. Tbh if ya real authors, ya would stop with the boring stories, and give the audience something they yearn🤷🏾‍♀️

Also this is my opinion so if someone feels like I’m hating on other stories I’m not. I’m just saying something that other people want as well, yet they don’t have the time to express this as well. :v:t5:

P.S. please don’t recommend ya stories, cause either way I’m not gonna read it😉

I definitely know what you’re talking about. All the Episode original stories seem to be are romance stories about the mafia or “sexy billionaire can have any woman he wants you hate him but he’s obsessed with you” kinda stuff. I definitely recommend checking out the User stories and see what people have in that section. They’re usually 20x better than any of the devs’ stories, :yum:

To be honest I legit love stories based around mafias and gangs. Thats just me though. And i agree with you there should definitely be a more variety of story ideas instead of repeating the same one over and over again. The one thing that I want episode to change is to bring classic stories back so they can gain there popularity back but thats just me i guess.

Oh okay. Thats no problem I’m just a classic fan! I’ve been trying to get myself into LL stories but I’m just not into it. I’m just not used to it.

Thats how im barely in the romance section. I go to either Action or Mystery because those stories have a hint of romance and most of them have a unique plot such as War Dogs by Kayla Sloans, Numinous by Jos, Hourglass by Natalie and Sleepless Nights by Nelly. They all put their own little twist to their stories and I think you just have to look around to find what you’re looking for. Moral of the story, not everyone’s writing style will interest you, but they might be liked by others readers, you just have to find what you like to read because there are a ton of underrated stories that are really good and need more praise and recognition.
