Which Story Description is Better?

I need help choosing a description for a story I’m working on. It’s a thriller, and I don’t want to give away too much of the plot but I’ve tried to write a brief synopsis––

Synopsis

When Luc’s mother passes away, her enigmatic aunt, Sienna, emerges from the shadows to be her guardian. She’s fun, nonchalant, and has money to spare. At first. The longer she stays, and the deeper she sinks her talons into Luc… The more Luc wonders– who is this woman, really? And what does she want with her?

Here’s the first option:
“Rule number 1: NEVER let a stranger into your home. Seems like that was the first, and last rule Luc ever broke.”
Here’s the second option:
“Luc Foster had no choice but to accept a stranger into her life. Will this choice be her saving grace, or her tragic downfall?”

  • Option 1
  • Option 2

I like the option 1

I prefer the first description! I don’t think you need the comma after “first” though
