Colonization can take on many forms. The one being spoken about right now is more based in pattern: White people take, steal, and appropriate things from BIPOC. BIPOC people have every right to be angry and express that anger over stuff like this. They’ve been dealing with this for their entire life and their ancestors have suffered greatly as well.
Also a small piece of advice: your post felt a bit like tone-policing. So, just be cautious of that in the future.
