I’ve noticed that we don’t have enough things of Maternity and kids. For example : to be able to create babies and/or children. We also need new accessories for women or men and babies, more pregnancy clothes and outfits, a pregnancy test as an accessory or even as a prop, etc.

It’s better just to create a topic(s) in the feature and art suggestions area instead.
I think you are right. All tools like you said must be provided by episode… 
I’m not a total fan of the idea. Pregnancy is still such a controversial topic on Episode, so I don’t really see much point in adding in any more items for pregnancy.
Maybe once people write these pregnancy stories with more maturity?
