Theres actually a moderator group.
You can find it clicking on those three lines, (near the searching bar) and there is a group section, click on it and you will see. (i hope it makes sense)

@/Sydney_H and @/Arlene is around when Sydney is off on Saturdays. But the team from what I know is @/liz, @/Melani3 and they do the announcements and @/Sydney_H is main admin for reports and stuff and @/Arlene is the spare one but I never see them around until the post I shared. @/Nick used to be apart of the team but left.

That’s cause they are the main of them. There used to be more but people left I even saw someone on the had their account suspended. And yeah it is because they were on the old forums.
