Hey loves,

Okay, basically I have an art piece which you can see. Give me only HONEST opinions, i’ll take it. I know I’m not that great because like let’s be honest

So this is my newest art piece! I hope you like it? I will have an art shop in a few weeks, and @keiji and @maddy_roleplayz will hopefully still be in it with me? Leslie, and kam if you want to know the delay message meee. Anyways, gimme ur opinions !

Lines are a bit wonky but other that its beautiful.

It’s really pretty. Just the lines need to be Straighter. If you are using ibis put the stabilizer on 10.
Also when coloring if using ibis the magic wand helps to color inside the lines.

I always put the stabilizer to 10 and still can’t them to be straight, but i’m practicing! Also I will try the magic wand when my phone isn’t messed up? Thank you for the tips!

When I used to draw on my phone I would zoom in so I could do my lines more straight. :slightly_smiling_face:

Welp, I’ve never done this but I hope this is helpful! (sorry if I come off rude :sweat_smile:) These are just suggestions, you don’t need to use the stuff I say <3

~ The lines should be a bit more ‘clean’.
~ The shirt should have a little bit of shading since it’s blending in with the background too much.
~ The hair could possibly have a bit more detail in it, though I know it takes a super long time to perfect it.
~ The upper lip should be a darker colour compared to the lower lip so it looks more realistic.
~ There are tiny places around the character where there is missing colour, mainly in the shoulder area.

It’s a nice art! I love how you draw hair that is not episode style. I can’t do that, I an only trace over a model :sweat_smile:.

Some tips:

  1. Try to straighten your lines and make them more neat, you can always erase the bad part and redraw it. Also using the stabilizer would help.
  2. Add some shading, it would make the art look more beautiful. To shade just color darker around everything(eyes, mouth, hair behind shoulder etc)
  3. I suggest to start simply on th hair, like only color it with one color and add a few lines following the flow of the hair.
  4. As @Maria.StoryWritter said using the magic wand tool helps keeping colors in a particular area and also makes it easier to shade.
