I’d really like to use it for my story but don’t know who to credit.

Just keep looking but if you want to continue using it put a thing at the end saying, “the living room background doesnt belong to me but if it belongs to you or you know who it belongs to contact me @whateveryour@is” or something along the lines of that
Looks like smg.episode’s style(?) I remember that painting. But I’m not 100% sure. It could have been reused/“borrowed” by someone else…
The page’s closed now so not able to check it.
