Did it specifically state that you can add them to your profile, though?! Because unless it does… then it just means the outfits will be yours during the story, not that they’ll be yours for use in your profile.

it happened before too, it said I can get them in my closet, but I never got it
But did this story actually specify that you’ll get them added to your profile?! Not closet, it has to say “profile”. A closet only refers to the closet in the game you’re playing, not the Profile closet!
Usually when they give outfits for the Profile, it will say in these words: “Buy [enter outfit name here] and add it to your Profile.”
If you didn’t get that message, then you won’t get the outfit/outfits.

Then do you have a suggestion of other stories that let you purchase outfits that goes to the profile 
always a bridesmaid (i think)
In the first episode of: “Always A Bridesmaid” there’s quite a large selection of outfits to choose from.
Something to suit almost everyone’s style.
