My app isn’t opening at all. It is for the first time like that. It loads, takes 1 minute and closes (brings me to my screen menu). I am playing on the tablet. I reloaded my tablet, opened it from AppStore-literally I tried everything. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Try deleting the app and downloading it again
No bother at all! Support ID is found on the app under Settings, but since you’re having trouble accessing the app, just put six questions marks ??? ??? in place of the ID.
It’s because maybe in ur past u were banned so it won’t let u on, or your iPad/iPhone isn’t compatible for the app
I have never been banned
And I have been reading it on tablet for as long as I have known the app.

No it’s either you have been banned or you have an outdated iPad or iPhone!
