It has been like this for days and even when I do have internet connection it says the same. Does anybody else have this issue . And can someone help me how to fix this problem
- Log out
- Make sure your internet connection is on again. Take out the plug then put it back in.
- Log back in the app and see if it works
Try going into other apps and testing it. It could be your parents turned off your WiFi or your internet isn’t working properly? Or it’s a glitch in the app

Yea I bought them there was a sale going on. You could get 10 passes for .99 cents so I bought it 4 times
