Why did my background get rejected?

I’ve been making a sort of fake Instagram for my new story and most of my backgrounds got rejected because of it. Does anyone have any idea how I can get them approved?

This one was rejected because of copyright and trademark which I don’t understand because the other one wasn’t. Please let me know if you have any idea how to get it approved!

You can’t have anything involving actual social media screenshots, Instagram can sue Episode and you for using it. You’d have to create your own
