Why do I have a 500 Internal Server Error

I don’t know if it’s only me but my Episode Writers portal isn’t working, anytime I try to use the portal it gives me an error. I emailed Episode but I already did everything they said and it didn’t work still. Please help!!

No problem also you shoukd thank the @EpisodePortalTeam I didnt have patience and deleted my apple episode account! :sob:

Well I don’t know yet I’m waiting for @EpisodePortalTeam to tell me if I can but even If I can’t I’m fine with it since I like this new account!
