Why does the Episode forums change my files?

So everytime I make an overlay to someone, it has to be in PNG. I always make it in PNG but for some reason, when I share the overlay on here, it goes from PNG to JPG or something like that and the person now can’t use the overlay. Am I doing something wrong??

Unfortunately I haven’t found an answer to this yet. I’ll let you know if/when I do. :+1: :wink:

I think once the other person download it, it turns back the png :sweat_smile:

Maybe it depends where you download the photo from cause mine says png

@abygail.bauman Just tried uploading a PNG into a PM to myself. Uploaded and stayed a PNG. :smiley: When I copied and pasted the image from my Windows Photo viewer, it converted the PNG to a JPG. But using the image uploader that’s built in to the message box kept it as a PNG. :wink:
