Why is my script causing the app to crash?

Hi everyone! I’m a new episode writer working on my first story (The Closest Call, you can check it out here)

I’m encountering an error in this section of my script. It all looks fine in the preview and there are no script errors, but when I viewed it on my phone, it caused the app to crash. Just heard from some readers who are having the same problem. It’s crashing just before the transition.

I contacted support, assuming it was just a problem on my app, but I didn’t know this was happening to my readers as well! Does anyone see anything in my script that could be causing this bug? Thank you!

I’ve only used the phonetext format once, but it’s caused me some odd trouble.

If I had to guess, it might not like the way you set format to cinematic after spotting your character in, I’d personally move “set format cinematic” to before the bedroom background and see if anything changes.

It is in the phone text format! It’s basically saying that characters messages will come from the left side of the screen

LOL yeah you are right I actually have used this but it is a while ago so I completly forgot!

But I looked it up because it was working fine and I never got any complains from readers. dunno if it helps but here is mine phonetext:
