Very confused, no matter what “zoom” I put it on, it has a big black spot on the side… I’m super confused.
maybe u should zoom out
The more you zoom out you’ll get that black empty space on the outside of the background, your best bet is to zoom in or reset the zoom so it looks normal

i did both of those, but everytime I do it, it just makes kind of a loop and shows the black part then zooms into where i want… sorry if that didnt make sense, would be easier if i could upload videos

Did you have a specific spot you want to zoom into?
Because this is correct as far as zooming in so why doesn’t it do it? 
I’m trying to zoom into the doors… not fully but just enough for a smoother transition into the building. I’m really not sure why it won’t work
Hmm everything looks good, maybe try zoom reset before the transition
