Hello!! Ever since I started making overlays, I make it on the app Ibis Paint X and I just erase the background. But recently whenever I save it to a PNG it automatically save to JPEG. Why is this happening? Should I start using a different app?

Oh ok. What about saving it into photos? Then try it as thats how I do my art.

Take a screen shot of it and it will go into your photos. Then see it it becomes a PNG if you can

Oh ok. I’m not sure them. Maybe ask @Sydney_H or @Jeremy for help as they might be able to figure it out.

It might be a case that you need to put it on maybe a word document then it’ll work.
