Whenever I preview my story (from computer or phone) and it gets up to a specific scene, it just goes completely black! Theres no errors and its an episode original background!!
I dont know whats happening! Can someone please help me ?
They are moderators/admins for the Forums so they don’t know much about coding on the app.

What does your script look like? It’s most likely because you might be zoomed in from the previous scene, so add @zoom reset at the beginning of the next scene.

Yeah I did put @zoom reset but it still goes all black until a part in the scene and it goes back to normal???
Can you post your script for that scene?

Yeah I’ve tried a bunch of times refreshing but that didnt work, and whats right before the scene or the entire scene before the scene?

That’s weird, it’s working fine for me, but I think it’s still because of the zoom from the previous scene. Try adding the zoom reset at the very end of the last scene.
tried that already as well 
And it still does the same when you test your story in the app? You might want to submit a ticket about the issue.

I’ll try that, it doesnt work when I preview it on the app or on computer…
Lol the cover made me laugh so hard but it also worked for me and… Dara zoom has nothing to do with maybe it’s your laptop/desktop hope this helps if the problem is not fixed
