Why won’t episode answer to my ticket

I have reported a support ticket about the app that it won’t save my progress, they answered once saying delete the app and then reply whenever you did. So I replied but now they are not answering anymore, what should I do?

Hi I just received same exact reply. So I’m curious if they replied and how long it took if they did fix it
