Why won't my overlays work like I want them to?

Hello there! Can anyone help me?? I’m trying to make it look like the words are typing, but the letters won’t change their opacity. The fog also works on the portal but not on the app so if someone can help with that you would be my rock star! Here’s the script:

I personally would try layering the overlays separately, instead of having them all on the same layer. I don’t know if it will help though because your coding looks fine to me. (Maybe put a 0 in front of the .5 for the pauses?)

i had that problem, when i uploaded overlays but it would show only on the web portal and not the app. you might have to put that particular scene in a different episode. (that worked for me)

I figured it out. I put the overlays in zone 1 and had them move to zone 2 instead of changing the opacity. Thank you all though for your help.
