So, I’ve been writing on the portal perfectly fine until I played it on moble phone and the music won’t play except the sounds. The sounds are perfectly fine and you can hear them to. When I preview it in the website portal you can hear the music, but not on the moble. I first thought it was my volume and I turned it all the way up but still no music. So, I’m confused what do I do???

I’m really sorry this is happening 
I’m not sure on how to fix this but I’ve had to deal with this too. I usually just restart episode. or sometimes the glitch leaves on its own

Anyone no the problem
Hmm this has happened to me. What u have to do is delete the app and download it again. Trust me it works. This happened to me and I stated freaking out
