There will definitely be more outfits for as long as limelight is the newest style. Once they replace the limelight style with a newer art style, then it’s likely they’ll either stop making them for limelight or continue to make them only for a short while.
They release new outfits to us every week, because of my timezone – it’s on Fridays. As for actually creating new outfits, I’m not sure. They used to have an Art Team highlight on their account where they’d post snippets of ideas they were working on but they don’t have that anymore. 🤷
I’m guessing they’d have to create new outfits very frequently though in order to keep up with the weekly art releases, new original stories that keep rolling in and ofc making sure that their own catalog has a number of unreleased outfits at all times.

that makes much more sense i just wanted to share couple of outfits that i found on google i mean it could use as an idea for them to make

Go for it. You can create an art + animation request with the pictures and a bit of a brief summary. 
Who knows, it might actually become apart of the catalog one day.
