The part with the pedophilia is going to be included in the first episodes where the MC(16) is dating a man(21) that is 5 years older than her. Their relationship is going to be toxic but the MC is kinda stupid for not realizing it because she loves him in her own way since it’s her first relationship. They are going to break up at some point and he is going to end up in jail.
But the homophobia will be a big part of the storyline. It’s lgbt+ love story. The MC and LI and the second MC will have very homophobic parents and it’s gonna be messy because these characters will have to hear homophobic things without even being out. I will not include any slurs in my story. But can I include homophobia? I will put a TW before I start the episode. If it’s okay to include it should I make an option to skip the scenes?
I think it will be ok just put the mature warning at the beggining of ur story. I red a lot of stories that had insosomia (or how do you call it.)

If you write it in the correct way, put warning for homophobia and pedophilia, don’t romanticize toxic relationships and have a skip the scenc option since some scenes might trigger some readers, then your story is should be fine.
I mean in the story I will have many time jumps. Most of the time the MC and LI will be 17-20+. After like 7 episode I am planning to time jump on her 17th birthday because the first few episodes will be about the main characters and their love interests and just getting to know everyone.
That’s because MC was a minor and they don’t want to (and shouldn’t) promote romantic relationships between minors and adults generally speaking. Of course, it’s different when characters are much closer in age and are actually legal.
The sexual side of it (if there was one) would’ve been illegal by most legal standards since the legal age of consent is 16–18.
So I wasent allowed to have explain the effect of arsenic, so I doubt episode would allow pedophilia,
I also wanna make an aditionel note, why do you wanna write a story about homophobia, its not for LGBT people, I cant imagine sitting down reading a story where homophobia get thrown out all the time, even if its portrayed as a bad thing. same way you are giving homophobia, a scene, make it seem normal.
It depends on the state and country. Where are you basing the story?
I have a story set in Massachusetts where my female lead is 16 and my male lead is newly 19, and a relationship between them is legal in that state. I’m not from MA, but it’s also legal where I’m from. So there (and where I am) – it would not be considered pedophilia.
As for homophobia, as stated above, you will have to include warnings and possibly add skip options too. It can’t be portrayed as a good thing and I don’t think you’d be allowed to portray it too frequently either. Probably best to continually get your chapters reviewed every time you write a batch, just to make sure.
