Will my story violate the terms if i include figures from the renaissance?

Such as michelangelo, DaVinci, and so on? Would it violate the terms even though they’re more of historical figures rather than public figures?

Real People and Places:

  1. No images or illustrated likenesses of celebrities or historical or contemporary public figures are allowed as characters or on backgrounds, overlays or story cards
  2. Celebrities and historical or contemporary public figures cannot appear as characters
  3. Celebrities, historical or contemporary public figures, and real places cannot be a plot point or drive the story.

can’t you modify them to resemble the historical figures but not actually be them?
