Will this make my readers re read the past chapter?

I have a character not a MC but I want to change his hair.
Should I use AT character changes hair into hair style or should I change it in the character settings?
If I do change it in the character settings will that cause my readers to re read the past the chapter?

I don’t think it will make the reader re-read the last episode because you haven’t changed the script
