for the background do you have a theme in mind? not a specific background but a type of background you want?
and for the two characters, i see they’re royal but is one soft girl tones or darker tones? are they opposites or the same?

Maybe for the theme, you can use something like a nature theme?
As for the characters, character 1 is more shy and girly and character 2 is a bit more sassy, so maybe you can reflect those characteristics in their outfits
