Word Overlay Help Please

Hi everyone I really need help… I don’t understand what is going on. I’ve been trying to code this word overlay into my script but whenever I try to see or size it my portal glitches and when I try to do it on my phone the overlay doesn’t move even though it says it’s scaling.
It shows this the whole time

Here is the overlay

In the scrip, write
@overlay CHAPTER 9 scales to 0.005 0.005

You should see it then
