Would I be able to post my story with this as my upper half cover?

I’m a new writer so I’m just trying to understand the way these new guidelines work. Apparently you can’t have guns shown on your cover anymore? (don’t make sense in my opinion) So does that mean I have to change my “upper half cover” now?
