Whenever I enter the “Art Catalog” on the Writer Portal, it says “This story does not allow the uploading of story backgrounds/overlays.” I was curious as to why I can not upload my own backgrounds and how I can fix this issue.

Are you seeing this page when you are trying to download backgrounds? Is it giving you any other error messages (such as the picture is too big/small)?
