Writer portal characters not appearing on create character tab

my characters are not loading when I click on the ‘character’ tab
it is a blank screen with the title of my story at the top of the page on writer portal :frowning:

I would submit a support ticket to Episode to see why it is not working.

Until you hear back from them, you could try reloading the page, switching to the most updated version of Google Chrome, or clearing your browser cache.

Agree with Purple_Ghost I had the same thing happen and I did just what she said and it worked. Reset hope its working for you know.
