Yeah something similar has been happening to me lately… I havent been able to do anything on my laptop because its constantly buffering but the portal works on my phone for some reason. Just not on my laptop.

Same here! It happened to me on chrome, and firefox. But for some reason, for me, it only works on Microsoft edge? Hopefully this problem is fixed soon.
