Writers Portal Bug- Very Slow?

hey I’ve been having a problem the past two months with my Episode writers portal, its so slow loading previews or even just setting up the page. but it’s the previews that are really bothering me so I was wondering if anyone has the same issue or any ideas how to fix this?
Heres what I have tried;
-A variety of different browers
-Clearing Cache and making sure everything is up to date
-checked wifi speed- my wifi is great and is never slow
-reset my laptop to see if it was my laptops storage
Please if anyone can help let me know because right now I hate writing on episode because of this :confused:

I only experienced this kind of bugging with slow WIFI or when my scripts are large (for example, a chapter contains 15k+ lines no matter if there is a CC or not, due to different type of branching, overlays, limbs ov usage, etc), or when particular scenes are packed with overlays. (And I’m coding using a Chrome browser.)
Do you have this loading problem with every scene (short, long, packed) or only some parts are hard to load?
Can you share what laptop you use? And is it an old one or not? I’m asking because I noticed that the portal works differently on different types of laptops. I’m using macbook/dell, but when I was coding on my office laptop, it was loading slower (even if it was brand new, the company of the device was just too bad to do anything heavy like coding, using Photoshop, or using a program for editing).

I don’t have any other idea what would cause the slow preview because you named a few things already, so this is the only thing on my mind right now.

I am using an acer computer at the moment, my wifi is fine and this laptop has never caused me any problems, though even so I tried using different devices like macbook, samsung and still the problem is persisiting
I don’t have very long scripts, even when I am starting fresh on a new episode it happens

Maybe try to file the ticket to the episode support, but also add information that you tried all those solutions, because they will reply to you with a generic answer saying the same that you already tried. It may be some internal problem with your portal/account that we don’t know about, but they can check everything on their side (at least that’s what I’m thinking).

This happened to me too
I sent a ticket they were telling me things
But it did not work
What I did was I changed my window 7 to window 10 then it started working
