Hey guys, my writers portal has been super slow and buggy for the past few months, it either freezes all the time or just acts completely slow. I submitted a ticket but the feedback didn’t help, they told me to either write another time or to work off of a different computer, but I don’t just have the option to buy another. I’m on the chrome browser and I’ve tried the other browsers as well but nothing really works for me, please help!!

lol that thing just uses an extreme amount of energy. You’re not the only one it happens to, just probably click off for a few minutes then hop back on. But, it’ll eventually start to act buggy again.

Yeah, My laptop turns off everytime I use the websites so I have to use use my father’s

lol my browser just ups and closes itself. I’ve tried different browsers and it does the same 
in the middle of writing like tf…

I have this problem too after writing and previewing several times over the span of a few hours. Once it begins to act up and become slow, I just close out that page and reopen another page and it usually works fine for another few hours before it starts to slow again.

Bump. Mine has been a nightmare for the past couple days. At first I thought it had something to do with the latest update, but it hasn’t improved at all since. I tried clearing my cache. Is anyone else having this problem, or am I just lucky?
