Hi everyone…I am writing my first story ever on Episode and I am facing some little problems. The are not directing problems…I got that sorted out, they are more of public opinion questions and some other. Answer them please🥺:

Which speech bubble colour is better…pink, blue or purple. I feel like purple is better since its a cross between both pink and blue but I also like pink and so I am confused.

I know that full CC is really important and I am going to add it but do you really have to add name customisation too. I personally don’t mind while reading a story…

What happens when you click that ‘Publish’ button. I want the answer in detail 'cuz I know it publishes the story (like duh!) but what if I only want to publish a set of chapters from all my written chapters…So bottom line what happens when I click the ‘Publish’ button.

It depends on the overall theme of the story. If it’s more lighthearted, I really would prefer pink, but if it has some drama, sad elements, then purple :>

Some don’t care much for naming the characters, so it’s okay if you don’t have to make the name customizable! (Just make the MC name unique, since there are tons of overused names already all over the app)

I don’t know much abt this as i haven’t published mine yet ;; I’ve only seen some info that if you have 10 chapters finished, you can publish 3 of them, or you can publish x amount of chapters in one go and that’s ok too, but again i dont know ;;

To me, it depends on the story. I find that the pink fits more light-hearted themes better than the rest do, but my personal favorite is the default style.
Edit: literally just noticed the person above me said the same thing lmao, but good to know I’m not the only one who feels that way.^
Not at all, you can write your story however you wish to within guidelines. Yes, people have preferences but it’s better if you don’t try to cater to what people will want because not all readers are always going to be satisfied.
You can choose to publish just 3 chapters or more upon pressing the publish button (options will show up), obviously depending on how many chapters you have written.
