I can not play the app anymore I asked to deleted my account but didnt know i asked to invoking my Right of Erasure i didn’t know they can not fix iT. I can still write story but not play anymore. Have no other device to play

Yes after many mails then answers me and they can not fix iT i have to use another device

i can’t play the episode app too, after i updated the app i can’t open it anymore i sended a support ticket and then i re install the app again then i can’t open the whole app anymore i can’t get my support id unless i have to use another device 
Install bluestacks on your pc you can play episode
I have bluestacks, but still playing on your phone is the best
