Okay I do not understand what I’m doing wrong here
how is someone supposed to talk over & over again when this happens 
I think it’s because you have the dialogue all in caps and the portal recognises it as a character! So if you change it to “Are you serious right now!!!” rather than “ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW!!!” it should work! (and same thing for all the dialogues, all caps looks like a character to portal).

No worries! If you want them to be more dramatic you can use the text effects, like animation shake or bold!

In one of your dialogues, you have a
CORA (talk_handcuffed_angry)
THEY'RE GONNA KILL ME
If you want to keep the all caps, you just need to put an exclamation point at the end. Otherwise episode believes it to be a character name.
Like so:
CORA (talk_handcuffed_angry)
THEY'RE GONNA KILL ME!
