Zone cutting & Character names?

Okay so, I have been at this for a few hours, looking at youtube videos and searching for threads that can help but I can’t quit find any.
Basically, in my story I’m trying to cut to a zone where I want my characters to already be there.
However, I’d like for my characters to be there before it cuts, so they don’t automatically pop up out of nowhere.
I’ve found this difficult, because of the placement in the zone, and the directing commands to have them there.

Aside from this, I keep putting a character name like this:

and is saying it’s misspelled.
Help would be appreciated haha

I think you should put

SKYLA stands screen right
&THE ORIGINAL EMERALD WEREWOLF 1 stands screen left
CUT to zone 2

If that doesn’t work let me know

Maybe try

Yess thank you. But my character “The ORIGINAL EMEREALD WEREWOLF 1” keeps coming up as an error everytime I put it in. The format works, but apparently it doesn’t exist.

is it correct spelling?
do you have a character named that?
send me a full ss of your page of that character, i’ll try to find whats wrong

Go to your characters and see if the script name is the same with the one you’re using

Hahah I fixed it :joy:
I’m so dumb, oh my lord. I realised I accidentally kept putting “The” for 5 hours straight, stressing about why I got it wrong…

So it fixed the script error, but the one you gave me doesn’t actually show the characters when it cuts and it’s frustrating me, ah. It’s like this:
