Zoom Help Please!

In one of my scenes, I’m having the character change their outfit, I’m making this outfit a choice for my readers and I have the camera zoomed in for a different effect on the story.

This is what I want to do;
Once the characters changes into the outfit of the readers choice, I want the camera to stay zoomed in but I also want the camera to move up and down.

I have looked at the guides on the portal and it hasn’t helped. Anyone know how to do this and willing to help me?
