Zooming and narrator from head to toe

I know how to the toe to head zoom but I don’t know how to narrate while doing it, can someone please help? I remember doing this but I forgot:(

Use & for the zoom.

I have two zooms, the toe one and the head one, do i put the & sign for both of them?

&zoom on X Y to #% in S THEN zoom on X Y to #% in S

#replace X Y, #, S with numbers. Use then/THEN for this.
