Account Help Please

I first downloaded episode on my old an android phone and then downloaded it onto my current iPhone and none of my work transferred, so I tried to put it on my sister’s Samsung and it said my account is associated with a different platform. What the heck? It if was a problem, then why didn’t it complain before? Can someone tell me how to remove my account from the iPhone Episode account?

The transfer may not have worked due to the different devices/compatibility and different memory and such, although I’m not really a tech person so I’m not sure. As for deleting an account, I don’t think you can do that.

I’m making a story on the portal, but when i go to the create section on the app, my story isnt showing up. can anyone help with this.
