So I’m left-handed and am a side character in my story. So I while I was searching for all the writing animations, I realized that all of them were right-handed
Now I understand that almost everyone is right-handed but ti wouldn’t hurt to add a few left-handed animations right?

Do they still use their right hand even when you make them face the other way? 
Regardless, as someone who thinks lefties are cool (I’m ambidextrous myself), I support having animations specific to right-handed characters as well as left-handed to make it that little bit more realistic without having to change the way they face.

With writing animations, it depends which way you make the character face.
If they’re facing right, they use their right hand;
And if they’re facing left, they use their left hand.
I didn’t notice that before…nevermind
But that still means that if your character is right-handed, it won’t be able to face left during writing animations
Here’s a screenshot from my script where the character faces left and appears left-handed.
But yes, it would be amazing if characters could face any direction and write with either hand, too.
