#beat starts, #beat ends - ? what is this?

Just qeuestion.

I noticed some people give to their script :
#beat ends
#beat starts

I know that text with # is just for me to see it so I use it to make notes in script…so maybe this is the same just I have seen the same note by more people so I wonder if it is just a note or some command?

And if it is command what does it do?

You get this if you started your story on mobile creation. It’s just a useless note that lets you know when a beat starts and ends. A beat is 1 second. That’s what “pause for a beat” means. It means pause for 1 second.
