I cannot figure out how to customize two male characters in Limelight! It’s so frustrating, can anyone help?
Do you mind going more in-depth about your problem? There are two different ways I am thinking of ways to customize characters but I am not sure which one you are talking about.

I am trying to make it so the reader can customize the characters to how they want them to look. Everytime I try, I get a warning saying that there are duplicate labels, but I don’t know how to solve that.
So I found this link to a customization template. I have yet to explore the customization feature so I’m not going to be much help but you can’t say I didn’t try.

You could use the avatar customisation code instead. Then there is no need for labels.
@CHARACTER goes to character avatar

I’m sorry, I’m pretty new to this, what do you mean?
Instead of using all the coding for customisation, you could just use the code I have written.
E.G:
@JOHN goes to character avatar
@ROB goes to character avatar
e.t.c
It will take the reader to the avatar customisation page (the same one as the page you use to customise your own avatar).
You can use it as many times as you’d like too. Much easier for full CC.

OMG it took me like 5674839875678498576748 years to figure this out. I had to introduce them in different episodes until I realized two things:
There is a thread on forums with templates for this.
You can just highlight the _0 of the labels, hit Ctrl + F, Select All, change it to something else, congrats you’re done.
Moved to Directing Help & Tips as that’s where scripting questions belong! 
This will definitely help you out with customizing more than 1 character in an episode.
