I need a lot of help. I’ve edited my story so many times. No matter what I do my characters aren’t placed correctly and yes I’m using the directing and zoom helper. What am I doing wrong in my story? Help please!

My characters are never in place correctly even when using the spot tool and etc,

I have to get out of here and never look back.My second chapter you can’t see my character when the words are on the screen.
I wish i knew someone who could code this for me.
I’ve used the spot placement many times.
You either need to reset zoom on the very beginning or just enter and exit the story.
There’s a glitch that makes characters disappear if you exit the app instead of exiting the story first
