For me, it really depends on how long the episodes are and how many there are.

I agree. I prefer 15-20 minute chapters. When a chapter is over 25 minutes, I feel that it starts to drag, and that the author packed in way too many scenes that could have easily been split into two separate chapters.
So, neither short nor long chapters. Medium is the way to go for me.
